With numerous turning machines all with various capabilities, the abilities of our shop are extremely diversified. Our machines are programmed and operated by skilled team members. In addition, the equipment is serviced, updated, and rotated regularly.

We are capable of milling nearly any material required for the job that is presented. Our flexibility to meet the customers' material requirements is always present. In addition we are able to provide material quality certifications with always accurate traceability.

MARKING EQUIPMENT
In addition to our quality milling and machining, we also provide finishing services such as marking. Our precise attention to detail is utilized during this process with each and every product. Our equipment of choice is a Technifor Indent Marking Unit with Dot Matrix Graphics. Our machine is operated, cleaned, and updated on a regular basis to protect the integrity of the product.
HYDROSTATIC AND AIR TESTING
In line with our work done for the government and commercial marine industry, we offer hydrostatic testing within our facility. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of the products we produce. In addition, we offer our hydrostatic services to external vendors to test their product to meet commercial and government standards. Our testing capabilities reach 16,000 PSI, in goal of meeting all customer expectations. Along with hydrostatic testing, our facility operates an established air testing department. With our capabilities reaching 9,000 PSI, our air testing is sure to meet or exceed expectations for the product's quality.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Possibly one of the most crucial departments in our facility is our quality assurance. Our quality control program is in accordance with MIL-I-45208 in addition to being ISO9001 compliant. The skilled team members of our quality assurance department operate at a held +/- .0002 tolerance. Along with primary work, our inspection program meets all requirements for secondary work as well.
